How do I know my orders have been shipped?

You will receive a confirmation email with shipment and tracking number.

How long does shipping usually take?

DDRV parts orders will be shipped by either FedEx or UPS ground. These deliveries take 4-7 business days unless you are otherwise notified.

Do you offer free shipping?

No. At this time we do not offer free shipping, although we have special promotions sometimes.


How do I return a product?

Please email orders@dennisdillon.com for RMA number and shipping guidelines.

Are there charges to returns?

Dennis Dillon Powersports reserves the right to charge re-stocking fee on all returns over 90 days.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Customer is responsible for return shipping cost, unless items are damaged due to shipper or items are not as described on the site.
