Shipping Policy

Thank you for visiting and shopping with Dennis Dillon. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy:

Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may experience a delay - Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipping rates & delivery estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout and are calculated through the chosen shipping company. Dennis Dillon is not responsible for any extra charges incurred due to address errors or any necessary extra services to deliver to addresses entered.

Shipment to P.O. boxes, APO / FPO / DPO addresses

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s), which will typically be active within 24 hours.

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s), which will typically be active within 24 hours.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

Dennis Dillon is not responsible for any customs or taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages

Dennis Dillon is not liable for any products damaged or lost items during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please notify the shipping company at the time of delivery or contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please take pictures of damaged items / packaging and be sure to save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim with the shipping company.
